Contracting Entity: Hydrographics Pro (the “Seller”)
1) Scope
These Delivery & Payment Terms apply to all purchases made from Hydrographics Pro via the website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2) Shipping & Handling
- Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped no later than the next working day after payment confirmation.
- Carriers: GLS or DHL, at our discretion.
- Tracking & Insurance: All shipments include a tracking number and are sent insured.
- Transit Time: 2–5 business days (indicative only; varies by destination and carrier performance).
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
- Multiple Parcels: Large orders may be split into multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.
- Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addressing.
- Failed Delivery/Return to Sender: If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, refusal, or incorrect address, re-shipment costs are payable by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect parcels on receipt. For damage or shortage, notify us in writing with photos within 48 hours so we can open an insured-shipment claim.
- Customs/Duties (where applicable): For shipments outside of the EU economic area duties and taxes may apply. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
3) Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after checkout.
- Order Changes/Cancellation: Requests are accepted only prior to dispatch. Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Out-of-Stock/Backorder: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement, split shipment, or refund for the unavailable item.
4) Payment
- Payment Timing: Payment is captured at checkout. Orders are processed after successful payment.
- Methods: Available methods vary by country and may include major debit/credit cards and local payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, EPS, Giropay). The methods offered at checkout are the definitive list.
- Security: Card payments may be authenticated (e.g., 3-D Secure). Transactions are encrypted and processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Billing Descriptor: Your statement will display our trade/website name or that of our payment provider in accordance with their rules.
- Currency & Taxes: Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, where required by law) are shown before payment.
5) Returns & Refunds
- Custom Products: Custom products are not eligible for refunds.
- Return Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Return Process: Email info@hydrographicspro.com with your order number within 14 days after the order was delivered to obtain return instructions. Returns without prior contact may be delayed.
- Condition: Goods must be returned complete and protected against transport damage. Use suitable outer packaging and include all accessories originally supplied. We reccomend using insured shipment services, we are not liable for lost items during transit.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received back and inspected. Refunds are made to the original payment method for the item price and any refundable taxes. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
- Damage/Shortage On Arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as to the customers agreement.
6) Product Information
- Descriptions: We aim for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in colour or pattern positioning may occur.
- Usage: Follow all product instructions, safety data, and local regulations.
7) Liability
- Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of our breach is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
8) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the company’s registered address. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply.
