1) Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern all sales and deliveries made by Hydrographics Pro through the website www.hydrographicspro.com. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Delivery & Payment Terms and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

2) Products and Information

All product descriptions, images and prices on our website are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. Minor variations in colour, pattern or packaging may occur.
All products are intended for professional or industrial use where stated. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for their intended application.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace products at any time without prior notice.

3) Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed through the website constitutes a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you immediately and offer a refund, alternative item, or partial shipment.

4) Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination country.

5) Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the secure checkout process.
Payments are processed via safe third-party payment providers. Available payment methods may include major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, EPS, and Giropay depending on the customer’s location.
Transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store complete card details on our servers.
An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed.

6) Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched no later than the next working day after payment confirmation.
Shipments are sent by GLS or DHL, with tracking number and insurance included.
Indicative transit time: 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addressing.
If delivery fails due to non-collection, refusal, or incorrect address, re-shipping costs are payable by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7) Returns and Refunds

Custom products are not eligible for return or refund.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Returns must be authorised in advance by contacting info@hydrographicspro.com with your order number to obtain return instructions.
Returned goods must be in original, resalable condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Requests for a return need to be notified to us within 14 days after the goods have been received.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the goods have been received back and inspected.
Refunds are made to the original payment method for the item value and any applicable refundable taxes.
If a parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours with photographs so that an insured shipment claim can be initiated with the carrier.

8) Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, except for custom or made-to-order products.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing by email within the withdrawal period.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notification. The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

9) Product Use and Safety

Always read and follow product instructions and local regulations
We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or handling contrary to instructions.

10) Liability and Warranty

We warrant that the goods supplied conform to their description and are free from material defects at the time of dispatch.
Our liability for any claim arising from or in connection with a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, unless liability cannot be limited by law.
No additional warranties are implied beyond those expressly provided by law.

11) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, governmental actions, or transport disruptions.

12) Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is collected and used solely for order fulfilment, payment processing, and customer communication.

13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of country of registration. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

14) Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies. Updated terms will be published on our website with the date of revision.
